Ali was an incredible advisor. She communicated and answered all my questions immediately and with transparency. Volvo had my car for almost a month and Ali ensured I was taken care of every step of the way and provided the assurance that my vehicle would not be returned to me until the problem was resolved. She also responded to my calls in a timely manner or picked up when I called to obtain an update on my vehicle. They provided me a loaner and then also allowed me to switch my loaner mid-way through my service at request to accommodate my family’s needs. I am so appreciative and grateful for Ali and the manager, John Green.

I called and informed the service person that my car was being towed in for service. I asked to be called when car arrived safely. After 4 hors I called to see if arrived. Couldn’t get an answer. Then was called back. I asked for status of when it would looked at. The service person said he would call me at end of day to inform me. That never happened. I called at 915 to see status and told the service person was busy and would call me right back. Well at 1130 still no called and I called again. I told him his service was the worst I have ever had since using you for 8 years. He did change his behavior and then kept me informed. I wonder if this is because I am a women or you treat all customers this way. When picking up my car I noticed 4 service people not looking very busy and chatting so it can’t be because they are overworked. I am writing this as this it now people should be treated. V/R Gail S
