I did not appreciate him adding services before asking me...I.E, he added tire rotatation/balance an extra $15. When I said I'd just had new tires put on and that very service performed...he asked "when". #1, he shouldn't add service before going over it with the owner & #2 if the owner declines don't ask questions.
I felt like because I am a woman he thought he could pull one over on me.
