Left a message for Carlos at 8:15 am. He returned the call within 5 minutes, and scheduled an appointment at 10:00 the same day, which was about as quick as I could bring the car in. Promised to try to get the car done by 2:00, and had it ready an hour early at 1:00. Worked out great.

Service rep pushed "recommended" services which were not required. When we advised we did not want them, he began to try and use "scare" tactics about what could happen if the services were not done. On service chart, service rep stated the "repairs" were "denied" by customer. Using the word "repair" makes it seem like we refused to have something that was broken fixed.

Jim always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcomed when I show up. I didn't have an appointment today but he did not make me feel like an inconvenience. I've dealt with service people who only let me drop in if I added services but I have never felt pressured from Jim. Excellent service!
