Bonnie was very welcoming when I drove in. She assured me that the replacement of the air bags would be completed in one and a half hours. Did I want my car washed and would I like an exam of the various systems in my car? Much more service than I expected. Frankly I was expecteting to be inconvienced by the recall. And the installation of the replacement air bags took only one hour 15 minutes. Bonnie couldn't have been nicer. I really liked interacting with a woman who knew what she was doing.

The spoiler that was installed was loose and I had to return to the dealership. The Service from Abel was great though. He was very friendly and accommodating. I had a much better service experience here than with other dealers I work with on my other vehicles.

In the past, when my car was ready, Honda would call me at Ucsb and then I would be picked up and taken to the dealership. I never had to wait for 3 HOURS to pick up my car. I call Uber and got a ride to the dealership at my cost. Nissan next door picks me up as soon as my car is ready. From now on, I will take my car to Ventura to have it serviced. Customer Service is not a major player at Santa Barbara Honda.
