The oil change on our Pilot took over 3 hours, after being informed it would be ready in about 1 hour and 40 minutes. I arrived at around 7.40 and left after 11.00. This was only thanks to Pam Lewis, who tried to contact Abel, unsuccessfully, and then just told me that I could give my credit card details so I could at least go home.
We not only bought our Pilot from this dealership, but have brought it back for every oil change in the past 11 plus years.
Not impressed!
