Truly outstanding service. First off Abel clearly explained the maintenance being done and answered all questions. The whole process was extremely efficient and the shuttle service was outstanding as well. Very satisfied and will have all my maintenance done here

Able gave great service, and I know that the car had to be fixed.
The real question is why did the ignition switch fail. It's odd, it's strange, and very uncommon. Also very expensive... this repair is 1/8 the car's value!
This is the third time something odd and strange has happened to this particular Honda ... and I don't know what the lemon law states, but this is the third major problem, two times the spark plug blows out and now the ignition switch fails ...the service at Honda is fantastic but the Honda Fit that I purchased ... maybe not so fantastic.
I love Honda cars so maybe the one I got it's just not that great. I wish I could say it was a great car but it seems to break down and have more trouble than I've ever experienced with any other Honda.

Abel went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of, but more importantly that my family was taken care of (not left without a car while repairs were don). He consulted on what needed to be done and the reassigning behind it. He was also very helpful in obtaining quotes for cosmetic repairs. I haven't always had a great experience at honda of Santa Barbara, but Abel definitely changed that. Thanks Abel and we'll see you next time our car needs service!
