Although Abel was very accommodating and did change out the air filter in my Honda that had been sprayed with Frigi Fresh-- as I requested--(because it was noxious to me and giving me a headache), the disagreeable odor still lingers in my air vents, although much less so. I do not know if this is a Santa Barbara Honda practice, or a nationwide practice at all Honda dealerships, but I believe that customers should be asked before a perfumed substance is sprayed into their cars, since there are so many people with allergies and sensitivities to perfumes and artificial scents. I would like to have been asked and warned that this was to be done-I would have refused. This has not been included in any service that I had had previously at Santa Barbara Honda, and I have been a customer for about 20 years. Please review this practice of spraying the air filters with an odorous substance.

Abel did a great job of rectifying an error made by you at an earlier service by you. After complaining to your staff about lack of driver's side heat on my 2012 CRV, and being assured that there was nothing wrong, it turned out that there was an existing TSB that addressed this issue. Because of this, I was left for two days in VERY cold country with no heat, and had to take a day out of my vacation to drive into Salt Lake City to have them immediately identify the problem (they were very familiar with the TSB on the heater core), and then spend the day fixing it...
