Hughes Honda has changed since the merging of the other dealership. The waiting room is sloppy as if the customers don't county. There's no air conditioning for either customers or staff personnel.It doesn't feel like the family place it was before. Now too much rushing around, etc. If I hadn't been coming there for 13 years I would sell my two Hondas and look for another car where the service was like it was at Honda on Patterson before the merger

Abel not only always takes care of my car efficiently and effectively, but is also very respectful, patient, and understanding towards his customers (a quality I rate higher than excellent service repair). I called Honda to tell them I was running late (around 5:20 on 6/12/17) and a very rude (for lack of a better term) female employee answered the phone, cut me off while I was simply asking her until what time Honda would be open so I would be able to make the payment, answered something completely irrelevant, and when I tried restating my question, she proceeded to transfer me as I was speaking. I have been with Honda for 5 years and have always bragged about its outstanding customer service. Fortunately, Abel was still working, answered my question, took care of the situation, and made sure my customer service experience was not ruined by the unnecessary interaction that occurred earlier. I appreciate Abel for both his professional demeanor and service.
