Bonnie Jimenez is always courteous and professional. I am always happy to work with her. My last experience with SB had to do with services not being performed by the mechanic and Bonnie was very embarrassed and apologetic for this. Although I am extremely unhappy with what transpired at my last visit, I believe that Bonnie did all that she could to explain and make up for a dishonesty about what services were performed on my vehicle.

I was extremely uncomfortable that I came in for the first service on my new HRV that also included a tire rotation. I was told that my vehicle was ready for pick up and that all services had been completed, was presented with a bill that I paid for, only to get to my car and know for certain that the tire rotation was NOT performed on my vehicle! I knew this because I had lightly scratched the rim of my front right tire on a curb two days prior. When I walked to my car I noticed the scratch was STILL on my right front tire and went back to Bonnie and asked her if the mechanic removes the rims when performing a tire rotation. She said no. Therefore...I BUSTED your service department for not honestly performing services to my car and was charged for! Even though I was given my check back and was told "We'll take care of that next time"...I honestly won't EVER trust that ANY work is being performed on my car...so I in turn must ask you, how do you think this makes a faithful customer of over 20 at SB Honda feel? Here's one word that describes my experience DISGUSTED!
