On two separate visits, within a one week time, the technicians gave different information about what may be wrong with my car. I talked to management, but am left with not too much trust in the competency of the mechanics. I may be taking my car elsewhere for service in the future. Bonnie was fine, it was no fault of her own that she received and passed on misinformation to me. I do not wish to speak to anyone else about this at this time as I already spoke to the service supervisor.

It was a great experience. Got there early hoping I could make it to work at 8a. Was greeted by Bonnie, and was out of there quick. Made it to work on time. All I wanted as a oil change, and that is exactly what they did. They did not try to call me to sell me on other things I "should" get done on the car. Car was done by noon, as she said it would be, and I came to pick it up at 3p. Was greeted by Bonnie again, and she walked me to the counter to pay. Great experience.

I was not asked if I wanted my car washed...I went back outside to make the request...he asked if I wanted the car washed and then said ok. He appeared to be in a hurry to move onto the the next customer. It wasn't until I was most of the way home until I noticed that the car had not been washed. I always book my appointments with Bonnie but she was off today

While I was waiting for the service to be performed, somehow they lost track of me and the car. After an hour or more went by, I went out to see why it was taking so long and saw the car out front. It had not been serviced yet. They did then do the service - took about 5 minutes.
