Abel wasn't descriptive enough. He seemed like he didn't care at all. My car wasn't washed and he didn't even care to ask. I asked a question about a part and he said he will get back to me and he never did. I called again and left a message. Yet, he didn't reply. I am not satisfied with his work AT ALL.

I live in Ventura and I was thinking about having the service to my car done closer to home. I’m really glad I did not do that and took it to Honda of Goleta.
