The passenger side rear door sticks and was not fixed even though they said it was and I was charged for it. The very next morning when I tried the door, it stuck as before. I was disappointed because that was the whole reason I left my car overnight (in case parts were needed) and got a rental car. Honda paid for the rental car which was generous but it was still a hassle. The people at Honda are all super friendly and helpful and, with the exception of this one thing, I have always been very happy with their service.

She explained in a friendly but professional way the options for dealing with the engine issues. She gave me reasonable estimates of time and charges and then followed up with texts and calls about progress and completion.
