Although attempts were made, the noises my car makes were not able to be duplicated at the shop. My car did not get washed, which was expected from this service. A plastic "wash" sign was left in my car when I picked it up. I tried to drop my car off for the early bird drop off, there were no envelopes to fill out and I ended up having to wait until Honda service opened anyway. When I went to pick up my car at the end of the day, it was unclear who I needed to talk to, and I waited for about 10 minutes before someone spoke with me. When I did meet with Carlos, he did not make it clear that he was Carlos, and did not give indication that he was the person I had been speaking with over the phone for awhile. It was far more awkward than this situation should have been. Overall I appreciate the work done, but my confidence in the level of effort put forth to find the noise sources of my complaint is lacking due to the fact that my car was supposed to be washed and wasn't, as well as the plastic wash sign being left inside my car upon departure.
