Jim was awesome in helping with me with my car's problem. He went out of his way to stay late after his day ended to answer my questions and to ensure my car was worked on right away. He even was able to get my car fixed in a short period of time and had a ride for me pick me up at work to come get my car prior to the usual pick up schedule!!! Great service from all those at Santa Barbara Honda!!!
