I am pleased with the help Bonnie has given me. I appreciate it but am still very puzzled to why I keep having my car battery dies at random times and the I jump it and it's fine for a while. It's very concerning to have to worry about where I park and carrying jumper cables with me.

I have never had any better service anywhere-from any type of business, and that is not an exaggeration! Jim Gets our highest praise for his service-he is patient, explains everything clearly, provides several options of service recommendations, remembers our issues so we do not have to re-explain everything, and he is very courteous and humorous. I cannot think of a single thing he could have done better-so I guess that makes him... perfect!
