Abel was great! He suggested making updates to my car that were necessary for safety and mentioned another thing I could upgrade, but I never felt pressured to have the extra work done. Very honest guy!

I appreciated the good service by Jim Woltman He is the best and I always trust him to get it done right and in timely manner. I am happy with the work that was done on my honda. My blinker switch is installed and working. My headlights look brand new now that were cleaned/polished. But when came to pick up car from being serviced my windshield has a crack in it that happened while at Honda. Now I must deal with that.

I needed to have a brake light replaced. I called ahead, but I did not have an appointment. Carlos was very nice. I didn't ask how long it would take and he didn't say. I waited about one hour. I didn't know what to expect and I was a tiny bit impatient by the time the car was finished. Santa Barbara Honda is a very busy place! Eventually my car was ready and I was in my way. You should also know that the woman at the desk, the one I paid, is fabulous. I think, she has been there a long time. She is always pleasant and very efficient. No matter how busy things get she is always patient. It was a good experience. Thank you!

Jim provided the most excellent customer service I have ever received as a customer. I lost the keys to my car in a park in Santa Barbara and I was basically stranded. I live in Cambria and Santa Barbara is a long ways from home! Jim helped me get back on the road again with a resourceful plan to get me back in my car and back on the road again. I am so grateful that Jim was working at Honda of Santa Barbara today ... he was so efficient, kind and professional.
