Jim is so wonderful! I trust him totally. He explained the price and let me understand why I needed the new oxygen sensor and educated me about the catalytic converter etc.

She communicated several times during the day to let me know what was happening, oversaw the repairs and made sure my car was ready when I needed it to drive to an appt.
