Jim was awesome in helping with me with my car's problem. He went out of his way to stay late after his day ended to answer my questions and to ensure my car was worked on right away. He even was able to get my car fixed in a short period of time and had a ride for me pick me up at work to come get my car prior to the usual pick up schedule!!! On two separate visits, within a one week time, the technicians gave different information about what may be wrong with my car. I talked to management, but am left with not too much trust in the competency of the mechanics. I may be taking my car elsewhere for service in the future. Bonnie was fine, it was no fault of her own that she received and passed on misinformation to me. I do not wish to speak to anyone else about this at this time as I already spoke to the service supervisor.
