It would be nice to have the option to purchase a pre paid simple maintenance agreement…….I have experienced this at another Honda dealership. Ie: a “reduced” fee for three service times……oil change, inspection, tire rotation……to be completed within a certain time frame. FYI…..the previously mentioned agreement also included a car wash coupon at a local car wash facility!

It was very difficult to schedule an appointment for this service. When I called and pressed “1” the phone just rang and rang and was never answered. There was no way to speak to a person. I have been a loyal customer (both purchasing vehicles and having them serviced) for some 30 years. I won’t go through this inconsideration as a customer again.
