Driving home to Los Angeles we immediately got a low tire pressure warning. Our tires were fine proper to getting them rotated. We had to pull off the highway in a precarious area to go through the car settings to realize the TPMS wasn’t calibrated after they rotated our tires. We dug through the manual to figure this out. It should be a standard practice the dealership knows to handle.

Jose is great. He helped me with a rat infestation under the hood that damaged the hoses for the wiper blade water. I asked to have someone show me where the damage was and I referred to the technician who fixed it and he was really good at showing me the area where the problem was located. However, I was a bit confused with the payment process. I was given the documents by Jose to look at while I looked at the problem with the technician. I walked back into the waiting room with the documents and asked to pay and was told I could only pay cash there. And, I was also asked, in a weird way, why I had the documents. I said I don't pay in cash and then asked why they didn't have a sign that said "Cash Only - See Your Service Writer To Pay by Credit Card"... ? It seems you still have a Covid setup going in a post covid world. Other than that it was great. I've had all my Honda's serviced at SB Honda since 1994. cheers
