On my way home driving over the pass in the dark the “tires need attention “ This is not the way I should receive my car after paying over $300 for a comprehensive check up.
Last time I picked up my car after serving I find that my wiper fluid is still empty and had to fill it at home.
Now I have to find a new service provider even though the dealership is within walking distance from my work.
Not happy.

I did not end up getting my daughters vehicle serviced at Santa Barbara Honda, even though I had an appointment. I was in town for a few days and wanted to get her oil changed and tires rotated. I had a limited time and was told that I could wait and it would take approximately 1 1/2 hours. When I arrived for the appointment, in was told it would be 3-4 hours. That did not work with my schedule so I left. Needless to say it was a disappointing first experience w Santa Barbara Honda.
