I was surprised to see my glove compartment was returned broken which had no issues prior. I was told it would be replaced complimentary which is expected however the part for the repair is on back order. I am now left with a broken glove compartment and after paying near $600 for service I was not offered any sort of incentives or any type of accommodation and now have to drive around with my glove compartment open is a little frustrating. I had to tape the compartment shut and find a way to make sure the button was taped down to prevent my battery from dying. Not only that, but I now have to return to the dealer to get that part replaced. With that being said I'm just unsatisfied at the idea of paying full price for a service and not receiving any sort of compensation for something that was not broken before.
