First print out of the reciept / paperwork showed I had to pay almost $400. I had to point out that I had HondaCare and then he reprinted it to show that I really had to pay $0. Other than that, everything else was perfect and he did great.

Daughter went in for an oil change she drove away and was splash guard underneath vehicle was dragging on the freeway. She had a return to the dealership. Was without a car rest of day. Service person told my husband they put new clips but they only zip tied underneath. Not happy.
