I made an appointment and specifically asked if you would be busy the next morning. When I arrived the next day at the appointed time was told it would be at least 3 pm before my car was ready. 5 hour wait for an oil change! You have my contact info and could easily have called or texted so I would not drive all the way from Montecito to your business. Why wasn’t I contacted to reschedule before my appointment?
I rescheduled but that’s poor customer service.

The appointment was at 10:15am for a check engine light and oil change. Pickup time was 2pm. I called at 1:50pm and the car not even been looked at. I appreciate the effort by Chewy to get it at least diagnosed before I had to leave and get the oil changed while I waited a bit longer. Upon receiving the car, the steering wheel had oil on it from the oil change and the windshield had oil smears all of it where the service sticker was.
