Frank was very thorough and I was in and out in no time. Just a suggestion…go to a music only station in your waiting room {Pandora) and turn it down. Everyone in there was either on their computer or phone or they were reading. Music was too loud and distracting.

I would like a reason why all three key needed to be reprogrammed? Was someone trying to steal my car? All the mechanics at Honda Center, have never heard of that before and this was one of the first times that happened. I know there’s a fuse in the engine compartment, and if the fuse burns out, then you have to reprogram the keys and I would like to know if the mechanic change the fuse?
