Everything went extremely well with my car servicing. I feel everybody I had contact with was very friendly and upbeat and they all seemed to genuinely want to be helpful and contribute to my experience being a positive one.

My first experience with Honda here in Goleta … from the person who answered my call and scheduled my appointment… to the lady at the service booth that greeted me and hustled to get the info from my car to the gentleman that took all my information and got my car in for the service.. to the phone call from Jose letting me know what is going on, even taking me to my old tires and the spots that were causing the vibrations and noise while driving… anyway I am a SOLD customer and will return THANK YOU Honda Goleta
