I appreciate Jaime and Alex Chen doing their best job in trying to rectify the errors in my car alignment, however both technicians that worked on my car did not do the job correctly at all. The problem went from bad to worse. I had to take my car to another dealership to get it properly aligned. Three alignments within 24 hrs. This isn’t Alec Chen’s fault nor Jamie’s though perhaps the foreman needs to ensure that his technicians complete jobs to high standards rather than push cars through with disregard to proper maintenance.
