Daniel was kind and gave me advice about my car maintenance. It was a refreshing opposite experience compared to mine with the sales department. Because of the finance manager and Zimmerman, I will never buy a car from Toyota SB ever again. However, because of Daniel Barcelo, will be back for my next service.

It took so damn long for a simple service. I dropped the car off at 8:45 with an appointment. I returned at 2:20 to check the status and they said they have not even started on it yet and it would be 45 minutes. I got the car back 1 hour later. It was incredibly frustrating.

On May 23 I brought the car in for service and said I was worried about a warning light to check the tire pressure control . Toyota found other recommendations for service and I finally paid $741. Then the warning light to check the tire pressure monitor kept reappearing. I had to return again and pay another $300 to have this tire problem taken care of. It wasn’t done the first time and caused me to worry about the safety of driving the car and a lot of inconvenience.
