It is a much pricier option but I was beyond pleased with Alex, he has exceptional customer service skills and just a decent/nice human all together. Santa Barbara Toyota delivered excellent service. George Jimenez couldn’t have been nicer. He and his service team completed the service on my Highlander in an hour and a half. I am also very impressed with the improvements at Santa Barbara Toyota. Jim Stigliano has clearly made a difference in the services at this dealership.
