There was no service. I dropped the car off on Monday. I was told the necessary part would arrive Wednesday. On Wednesday, I was told it was in San Francisco and would arrive Thursday. No one ever called me. I called on Thursday and learned the part had not arrived. I could have gone to SF on Wednesday and gotten it but apparently Toyota couldn’t. I picked up the car on Thursday and was told I would get a call when the part comes in. No word on Friday. I’m not holding my breath.
