The person who scheduled my appointment was incompetent and took forever! And she couldn’t tell me how long the service would be, even approximately which made scheduling pretty tough. When I arrived at my appointed time, there were twelve other vehicles waiting and only one person checking people in. It took a half hour to leave my car - ridiculous! The worst was that for standard maintenance and changing a lightbulb, including responding to a dashboard message that said I should get new “hybrid cooling parts”, you wanted to charge me $1800. Wow - what a racket!

I needed to Purchase a new battery so I called Joe in the parts department and confirmed they had one in stock and he would hold it for me. He then transferred me to the service department who said to come at 1:00 pm which I did. I waited for 2-1/2 hours to have them install the battery in the trunk. I paid the invoice and saw it cost more to install than the cost of the special battery that is required for my 2014 Toyotas Camry Hybrid. The service invoice indicated they checked the tires to be sure they were inflated to 35 psi. I have never questioned the cost of a service invoice in all the years I have been with Toyota but I feel this one was out of line with my previous service orders.

Hice una cita para no durar y no respetaron la cita. Para que hacer cita si no va contar. Duraron más de dos horas para un cambio de aceite y rotación de llantas. Nada más se apuraron porque fui a preguntar si no viéramos durado más. Eso no es justo. Si no pueden cumplir con la cita mejor que avisen para hacer otros planes y buscar en otro lado. Sus empleados me ignoraron cuando yo tenía preguntas, eso no está bien.
I made an appointment so i wouldnt be there all day and they didn't honor it. Why make an appointment if it's not going to count? They took over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They just rushed because I went to ask about the car if i didnt ask then i would have been there longer. That's not fair. If you couldnt honor the appointment, let us know so we can make other plans and look elsewhere. Also some of the staff just ignored me when i asked questions, that is very disrespetful. I am very disappointed in the customer service.
