I was very dissatisfied with my wait time and attempt to updale me from the get go. I had a 1 o’clock appt. I was told it would take 1 to 1 1/2 hours to complete just an oil change. I went to lunch, returned and was so disappointed to discover they were just getting started with my car after waiting an hour and a half. I had a busy schedule today and did not plan to waist so much time for a simple oil change. I will not be back.
