If I schedule my first 6 month oil change, and your policy is to NOT complete an oil change til 10k miles (per Robert today, that is the polixy), you should convey that on the phone to me when I call to make an appointment for an oil change. Your call center is the worst. I set up two separate appointments that were confirmed by call from the center and the second one from only to arrive and have no appointment. It's ridiculous for myself and your service department. Fortunately they fit me in and resolved the issue. You need to get your act together on your communication between the call center and Toyota/Golita. If there had been another dealer nearby they would have had my business.

I had an appointment at 8 am. Pablo asked what time I needed my car to be done. I told him no later than 10 am. I didn’t drive out of the dealership until 10:40 am. He never apologized but instead made excuses that they are not staffed as much on Saturdays. If you aren’t fully staffed on Saturdays, there shouldn’t be so many appointments available. When I arrived at 8 am, I was the 3rd car in line of possibly 10 more cars behind me. I am extremely dissatisfied with my service today. I was very clear that I needed my car by 10 am.
