As I cannot walk long distances I was afraid to go out alone. I was told that there were openings until Friday but when I finally had it towed to your service department I was reassured that Thursday was a “light “ day and it would be done either Wednesday evening or Thursday morning. I realize a tesla is not a toyota. However I had a flat tire and barely made it into the dealer. I was told as soon as he got my car up he would be able to tell me what caused the flat tire. Never heard back from him and suckered me into 2 tires without even telling me how it got flat. I proceeded to come in the next day he was not in. Called service manager 2 different days and he was not in either. I would never give this typical dealer move another cent if I had to. total rip off . You are the spiting of what gives any car dealer a bad name
