On Wednesday, I went to get maintenance(regular check up and oil change). It was my first time at that Toyota center. I always go back to the valley to get it done. I was hoping the team would do a good job on taking care of my car.But, disappointed me. 1) they didn't explain to me in person what my car had issues on
2) the hubcap fell off when I left, then went back the same day hoping to find it but didn't. Then, got a call saying one of the workers found it and so I went back for the second time. The worker tried to put it on but broke a piece in front of me. I told them it's okay I can put it on.
3) when I put it on, I checked the other ones and it was loose. When I took it off a piece fell right away so I don't doubt that they broke it since I saw the guy who tried to put the other one on break it.
4) I hope to get a refund for all four hubcaps because I don't want random ones. I want all of them to be the same. Hopefully with the receipt I will get a refund as they promised.
