I was initially surprised that Pablo said they were going to clean it up and then have me drive it 100 miles so the mechanics could see where the oil leak was coming from because a few days earlier I had specifically asked if they could discover and repair it on the same visit because I am leaving on a long drive trip in a few days. And do not have time for multiple visits before my trip. I asked twice to make sure that that was clear because I have a full schedule. Pablo confirmed that they would do that.
And between Tod and Pablo they resolved the issue in about 60 seconds so I was on my way with my day intact. I am very satisfied in terms of their ability to immediately resolve what came up and to be able to have my day go as planned. They are both courteous and do a great job. And in the future if Pablo can either make a note to himself about what we talked about when we set up the appt a few days earlier or listen more carefully? In the moment. I am not sure what was happening for him in that moment. Slowing down his speech a little would help too- I did have to ask him to repeat several things to understand him. I know its because he is very busy and is working to help all his customers but it probably takes the same amount of time to say things more slowly and clearly as to have to repeat them. And just to add every single service person I have interacted with at SB Toyota has been great and does their job well. Thank you for space to communicate
