Despite having scheduled an appointment the check-in time was 40 min. The oil change took about 2 hours. Awfully disappointed with the service.

The only thing I hope that you can change is the prices in your old system. It is very unsettling at first to be told of the very high prices of each service that my car needs. But I appreciate the staff reassurance that it isnt so. So if there’s something you can improve, pls update your system. Also, if I may add, in our previous toyota service place (in another state), they clean our car after each service. I miss that. I wonder if that can be a part of the service? ( just hoping). Anyway thank you. Overall other than the old system with inaccurate pricing, I am happy with the Service.
