I was told it would be ready about noon. I was there waiting for it. Andrea said it wasn’t ready at noon. At 1245 I was told everyone went to lunch and my car hadn’t even been started. I had to take it and leave for another appointment.Today I got an email saying my car was done and ready for pick up. I knew for a fact it was sitting in my driveway. It would have been nice to be better informed. I wouldn’t have waited around for it or scheduled another appointment.

I went to get my car serviced and my tire pressure light went on. This is the second time in a row that this happened. The first time it happened, I got it checked out by Toyota and they said there was a nail in my tire, but were able to patch it for free. I got my car serviced last week and lo and behold, my tire pressure light went on again. I made an appointment to get it checked out and of course, there’s a nail in my tire and this time it can’t be patched because it’s on the side. When I brought up this situation to Todd, he was cold and said I could pay the money or drive with a nail in my tire. No empathy or understanding whatsoever. These experiences have really changed my view of Toyota and no longer trust my 2021 car to get serviced here.
