I had purchased my Nissan at Toyota and had a prepaid maintenance plan for the 1st year, so scheduled an oil change. The service area was disorganized and none of the techs explained what the customers were waiting for. Tom told me the oil change would take 2 hours, since they had to get the oil from Nissan- seriously?! I got the impression no one working there wanted more customers, very unprofessional. Tom told me he couldn’t find anything on the prepaid maintenance, and that he called Toyota in Valencia and they would not authorize my service. After almost 1 hour I left without receiving service.

Please do not contact me. My only complaint is that I had to wait approximately 20 minutes to get a service representative to work with me. Which means I stood there. Now a very nice young man named Daniel, came up right away and wrote down the mileage. Check the car out and kind of registered it in. And then he told me somebody would be right with me. That's when I had to wait, and people that came in behind me got waited on before I did. So it's a small thing really. But I'm used to better service than that from you guys.
