I had an 8:30 appt for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that it would take 1 to 2 hours, and I would be given an update. I waited by the office. Two hours later with no update, I went to look for my car. It had never been serviced. People who had appt.s after mine went first. I was told that new cars are taken before old cars (I have a 2015 Prius which I bought new there). I have always gone to Toyota, but I will never again. I will go to Oxnard when I buy a new car.

They replaced the side mirror very quickly which is good- but it was filthy and i could not see out of it- Jacob spent 10 minutes scrubbing it to get the goo off so i could verify it wasn't damaged- you should deliver a fixed product in excellent condition- if i have to double check your work and get you to do the right thing on such a simple visible repair i have less confidence in the work you do that is harder to evaluate.
