The service done on my vehicle itself seems to be wonderful. To get into service was a pain. I called and spoke with at least 4 different people as one person would transfer me to the next if they didn’t have an answer to a simple question. I also thought that you guys were going to be giving me a quote or trade in value of my vehicle and that never happened. With the $200 plus I spent on 1 oil change, you would think, you would be able to do a courtesy wash. So glad I didn’t opt for the $600 plus oil change they tried to get me on. Todd, I believe his name was was very respectful and even my wife mentioned just how respectful he was towards our daughter and she even wanted to get her Ford oil change done there because of the wonderful experience she had just with him when she went to pay for the service as I was going to be getting out of work late

With the service yes, but key left on dash above steering wheel and not visible because of hump on dashboard so when I reached my destination a great deal of time was spent looking for key before I could turn off my key because I couldn’t find key. It has always been put in the cup holder before. Calls back and forth to Tod. Everyone looking. Even asked Tod to ask man who greeted me and took key after arrival and guy who drove it back to front when service complete. No one seemed to know. Just a lot of unnecessary angst!
