Jenny .. you were great but when I came to pick up my car it was very disappointing . A guy? found my paperwork .. folded it.. after I signed
the necessary places.. without explaining or showing my anything that your dealership did to the car.. and then handed the keys to this guy who finally found my car and just handed me my keys.. I wanted to know if the service dept was able to fix a couple of things I had requested and he said .. everyone is at lunch and they wouldn't know anyway so talk to the guys in sales.. what ?? He was not at all trained for customer service ..
my seat was way off .. my mirrors were flat on the sides and I left your dealership wishing I would never have to return .
Wow.. a little training in how to deal with your customers would go a long way . maybe hose off the car . floor mats .. this is what classy dealerships do ...I expected more
