While Rick has been very helpful and empathetic and doing his best for my repair problem,the problem has not been resolved.
The wrong part was ordered and I still haven't received an update on when and if a new part was ordered.
I also had to take the day off for the m to install the part which wasn't the right one.
I lost a day of work. I originally came in on the 2/21 to have this problem fixed. It is now 3/4 and after my second visit to SB Toyota,the problem still hasn't been fixed.
I've made attempts to call and leave messages but no one has returned them since Monday.

I drove home over 50 miles after spending $420 for new spark plugs only to hear a rattle in my car the next morning. I looked under the hood, to find a rubber gasic sitting on top of my hybrid battery compartment loose, drove a gain heard it again. Then I find the source the old spark plugs rattling around in a spot on the body of my car close to my windshield. Your lucky the carelessness of your technician don’t cause damage to my car but it seriously makes me wonder about the quality of work that happened at your dealership.
