The service was completed. Your staff were very professional & congenial. I had to wait for my vehicle since I’m from out of town. The service took longer than I was told, thus I had to change an upcoming appointment.
When I lifted the hood I noticed some oil had spilled during the oil change. I would have throughly cleaned the area where no dirt would settle (I am very particular about oil leaks or spots). Toyota’s are noted for “being oil tight”.
Toyota has a very high standard of excellence - I feel it slipped here. This is just a minor point, but I will clean the engine bay.
