Service advisor Sylvia did not provide an update during service. Had me waiting 30 mins after car was finished before I was able to get paperwork. Disappointed with service tech customer service

I arrived at my appointment at 5:20 for a 5:30 appointment. The associate Scott took my car and I went inside and sat for an hour. At 6:30, Scott came and got me and told me they could not provide service to me because their technicians were still working on other cars and they didn't have a technician to work on my vehicle that day. Scott requested I come back another day, which I declined because this was terrible business and unfair to me, considering they only did this to me as the only black customer that was there at the time. I do not appreciate discriminatory practices and I would not recommend anyone to come to Bev Smith Toyota for service. This was my first time coming to this location as a new resident to this community and I was very disappointed and disgusted with what happened. Scott needs to be fired and any manager that allowed him to do this should be reprimanded as well.
