The wait was too long. Appt at 12:30 for oil change and check the recall regarding the battery holder. When I arrived Aaron told me I should have a tire rotation also. This was not completed until 3 o’clock. I don’t have any other means of transportation, therefore had to wait in the lobby.

Took too long to get acknowledged I was there for new tire that was ordered
Had appointment for 2pm got there 10 of. some one else not one I was assigned with had to start my paperwork and that wasn’t until 2:35. Tyler took over later to get me finished apologizing for the way it was handled.
Always takes long waiting for service to get done but never had to wait that long in service drive through area. Especially when had an appointment.

The service writer was fantastic on getting us in for an oil change, tire rotation & computer update/recall. It took approximately an hour and 40 minutes for the work to be completed. The car arrived and I jumped in and returned home. Then I noticed the sloppy workmanship as there was dirty oil on the drivers side door armrest, drivers entryway and on the drivers side passenger door exterior. Improvements can be made by the mechanic cleaning up prior delivering to the owner. Other than that, it was fine.
