I’ve had bad experiences every time I take my vehicle for service, 1 st incident Technician left my hood not closed properly I didn’t realize until I was on I95 notice my hood tapping.2nd the technician stained my interior with grease. Recent one technician lost my wheel lock key, wasted my time and gas to replace them. Main problem is the technicians they need proper training to give the best quality service.I rather take my services needs else where until this problem is fixed.
