I saw a mixture of attitudes while I was there. Some of your people bent over backwards to help be helpful and pleasant. There were some others that appear to think of customers as just a pain in the ****. I’d work on that if I were you. Customers are your source of income. Tim Seymour did everything he was supposed to do except keep me informed while the work was being done. I think that was because he was very busy. I like your dealership and overall I am happy with the way you do your job.

My only complaint is they can’t figure out how to get the maintenance required screen to be cleared off my navigation display, they reset it in the steering wheel , ehuck I had already done, I brought it back on Saturday otg no other options to clear it out, it it keeps coming back up ever time I start the vehicle , thanks Debbie

Service was great and timely but receiving constant reminders about needing service and getting it done at Bev Smith even after having the service done is really aggravating plus the note to not remind me again does absolutely nothing. I have never received this notification before. This is irritating enough for me to consider taking my business to another dealer.
