It was very slow and annoying. Don’t ever make someone wait that long for a tire rotation. It took an hour and forty minutes. Workers laughed when we said we wanted to leave because it was taking so long. Overall terrible experience. Do not call me.

Kim was fantastic however your telephone operators leave much to be desired. Last week I called four times, disconnected twice. Called twice this week and like last week, I get the third degree...why am I calling, what is my phone number, someone else can help you, etc. When I call for a particular person, I expect to be connected and not answer 20 questions. This one thing is turning me against Bev Smith and if it continues I will talk to other Toyota centers. Again, Kim is fantastic, and has kept me from looking to other dealers.

We usually get our car serviced in Connecticut, but we were going to be here for the 30,000 mile service. I asked my brother-in-law , Lucky Harmon, to check with this service department when he had his car serviced. He talked to Timothy and we brought our car here. Timothy was informative and helpful...so helpful that we are planning to come here again for our next service check.
