Janina was a pleasure to deal with, she was not only a true and ethical professional but just as important a great human being. The only negative had nothing to do with her but with the time it took for our car to be serviced (over 3 hours) but maybe it was do to the whole dealership being under construction so this time I will give you a pass.

I'm wondering why, if I did schedule my appointment ahead for 1:30 pm, took you 3 hours to do a simple oil change maintenance. My wife showed up late at work because of you. I was at the dealership for a recall on my bumper, it took over four hours to fix it!! While in the waiting room several other customers were spontaneously complaining about their wait times!! I have never had this problem before at Bev Smith ( note I have bought three vehicles from BS and I get all my work done at BS except when I am north) I have never heard other customers complain of this issue before!! Something went wrong and you owe an apology to everyone who was affected by this!! If you are over booking please re think it. Or hite more mechanics and less salesmen
