Our service advisor was great. She checked us in, kept us informed and helped us get our car, however it is absolutely inexcusable that you make a customer wait over 2 hours for a simple oil change. We appreciate the complementary oil change, but when I have to pay for an oil change, it most certainly will not be at your dealership. You apparently have a problem scheduling. Thank you

I can not to trust , it’s not serious, my wife took the day off for the car maintenance, I send my vehicle for oil change and tire rotation, I marked my tires before, the tires were on the same position, at this point I don’t know if your guys changed the oil and oil filter, it’s bad, I need my refund
