I bought a $80,000 dollars truck and in my first service with 5,000 miles no one asked about my satisfaction with the truck, they don’t even wash my truck . When I bought my RAV4 in Deerfield beach Toyota they washed my car every time , also they cleaned inside.
If my first service was like that I’m thinking how will be the next ones .

The air filter had leaves stuck in it and it was clogging the fan. My Ac was loud after getting it back from my maintenance appointment. The tech didn’t have the decency to knock the filter off before putting it back in and jammed it back in where the filter was actually bent and going into the fan. My seat also had oils stains on the leather.
