It took almost 3 hours to just get the 12v battery tested for warranty work. Totally unacceptable. Just compare this to a battery test that Autozone does in 10 minutes!

Tyler was great. But I noticed when driving my truck that when I let go of the steering I assumed the vehicle would go straight as there was an alignment done. The truck kept going to the right so I’m guessing the alignment was either not done or something was amiss. I had all new tires installed that day.
