She greeted me by name and with a warm, bright smile to start my maintenance experience. Tony did fantastic work to my 4Runner. It purrs and drives straight down the road once again. Tori was great! The inspection video cut off part of the way through and I noticed on my paperwork that my oil level needed attention. This is surprising considering I had my oil changed at Bev smith a little over 5k ago. My alignment was marked as not ok on the right front side, also concerning because Bev smith did my alignment last service, just a little over 5k ago. None of this is a reflection of Tori. She was wonderful. I plan to follow up on the rest of it. Thanks.

Today I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I asked them while they were rotating my tires to ck my driver's side front, it creaks when you go over a speed bump. Went next door for lunch came back 2 hours later my car is still sitting. I went inside and asked my advisor if they worked on my car yet ? In front of the service manager he said" This is not like a doctor's office your appointment is just an around time, we get to it when we can." I asked for my car back and told them I was giving them a second chance. I had a Toyota Corolla Cross with 3000 miles that I took there for service because it was whining and the fast you went the louder it went they brushed it off as nothing. Following week on the hwy with my husband with cancer and two children guess what CVT burned out. Southern 441 Toyota was able to replace it and Bev Smith lost out on a $12,000.00 under warranty repair. I wanted to give Bev Smith one more chance. I opted out of anyone giving me an quote to trade in my car but they still called twice after I said NO. A pretty new building means nothing, when the service dept still ****
